Campus Transportation and Greeter Services

University Prep is pleased to offer a convenient and affordable transportation service for U.S. and international students traveling to our programs.

On opening day, we will have shuttles at one or two major airports located near the campus to transport students at two different times (12:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.). On the last day of the session, shuttles will leave the campus at 11:00 a.m. to transport students to the airports.

Please note that students under the age of 16 may be considered a minor on most airlines and would require a greeter to meet them at the airport. This service is also available for an additional charge, plus the cost of the shuttle transportation. Please check with your airline prior to booking your flight to determine whether or not your student would be traveling as a minor and any fees that may apply.

Transportation only is $100 each way. Greeter Service is available for $100 each way. For additional information on these services, please see our fees page.

Please Note:

• Requests for the Campus Transportation and Greeter Services must be submitted at least one month prior to the start of the program. You will have the opportunity to provide your flight information on the student portal.
• All changes in air travel arrangements must be communicated to University Prep in a timely fashion. Should you change your travel arrangements, notify University Prep immediately to ensure that arrangements are made to accommodate your new travel itinerary. Communicate any changes after the start of the program to the Student Life Dean at your selected campus.
