International Students

We welcome our international students to University Prep and value the richness of diversity in culture and orientation they bring to our programs. Here are some guidelines to assist you in the application process.

Enrollment Process All international applications must be received by April 15. Applications received after April 15 will be accepted as space allows. We recommend that students check with their embassies regarding local visa requirements. We also recommend starting the visa process months in advance of need. Students generally have no visa issues with this short-term program.

All payments are due in U.S. dollars and must be received no later than May 30. Please note there is an additional $75 international resident fee. This fee is only required for international students in the U.S. solely to attend the University Prep Program. This fee includes the additional international student insurance, visa invitation letter processing and priority handling for all correspondence needing to be mailed internationally to the student.

Requirements Please note that international students must be fluent in English in order to have a successful and productive experience at a University Prep program.

Campus Related University Prep can assist international students in the procurement of bedding and fans if these items are needed. Bed sheets ($20 each) and pillows ($10 each) will be available for sale during registration on the first day of the program.
